Forum shopping occurs when a plaintiff or defendant have two possible courts where a legal case can be heard.Forum shopping is discouraged by rules of civil procedure but is not entirely eliminated.

Forum shopping can also occur when both a state and a federal court have the right to hear a case. Federal courts generally have more limited jurisdiction, which means they cannot hear as many cases as state courts that have general jurisdiction.

Offer forum only exclusives. You will find that most people are willing to give you a shot if they are getting an exclusive deal. Try to come up with some effective ideas to help you get the most out of your forum marketing experience.

Malls are very cool and have a lot shops and stores in there that your not going to find anywhere else in Vegas. Teens love these because there on the strip, in the heart of Vegas and there is so much to do at the mall and the casino itself. Teens want a fun experience while shopping so they can interact with their friends and get away from it all.

Have your forum marketing stay with websites that hold a similar interest in your product and services. It makes little sense to try and market your product to people who will not be interested in it, so try to think about areas that have people interacting who might enjoy what you are offering.

Actively participate on any forum you are using for your niche or industry marketing. Check the first few posts attached to the top of main forum areas first though, known as 'stickies' for the rules and regulations. For instance, you may not be allowed to have more than a few lines in your signature, plus any links there must be your own, no affiliate links.

Forum-shopping is a specific concept of private international law. A person who takes the initiative of bringing a court action may be tempted to choose his court on the basis of the law applied there. A person starting an action might be tempted to choose a forum not because it is the most appropriate forum but because the conflict of laws rules that it applies will prompt the application of the law that he or she prefers.
