Some people may not know cinnabar beads well, especially the freshmen to jewelry making. Cinnabar is a lovely red bead with a sub metallic luster. Traditionally, cinnabar was built-up lacquers, coats upon coats and so forth, and allowed to dry then hardened and carved. This bead can be carved into different sizes and shapes which make this bead most suitable for making beaded jewelry and carvings.
