Most local banks, especially if you are in a small town generally do not offer this option to somebody that has had a financial setback. So is necessary to go with a national bank that specializes in this type of situation for people that have had financial hardships. And once you get that prepaid MasterCard make sure you treat it like gold and never miss a payment. It's time to get back your credit rating today!
