Inchworm Stand up tall with the legs straight, and do like Lil' Jon and let those fingertips hit the floor. Keeping the legs straight (however not bolted!), gradually bring down the middle toward the floor, and after that walk the hands forward. Once in a push-up position, begin making small strides so the feet meet the hands. Keep bothering out for 4-6 reps. 2. Tuck Jump Remaining with the knees somewhat bowed, hop up as high as would be prudent (imagine Jeremy Lin is watching!) and acquire the knees toward the chest while broadening the arms straight out.
